Detour offers semester-long, unpaid internships in Austin, TX. While the internship is clerical, we strive to show our interns the ins and outs of a small production company. We hope each intern will leave here with important contacts in the industry.



• Must have a schedule that fits our needs
• Must be able to work around 12 hours a week
• Must have vehicle
• Must have outstanding telephone skills
• Must be good with research
• Must handle him/herself well in a situation with directors/producers/celebrities
• Must be able to keep busy when there is downtime
